Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders)Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase online you have the right to change your mind and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of swimwear if the hygiene seal is still intact and the item has not been worn or used.
- If the hygiene seal is broken, we are unable to accept the return unless the product is faulty (see below).
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty ProductsIn line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.

- After 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair or partial refund if the item does not last a reasonable length of time.
