Returns Policy
At Wet Wknd Ltd, we take pride in providing high-quality swimwear designed to make you feel confident and comfortable. To ensure fairness, hygiene, and compliance with UK consumer law, we have set out the following returns policy.
Returns & Exchanges (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchase online you have the right to change your mind and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of swimwear if the hygiene seal is still intact and the item has not been worn or used.
- If the hygiene seal is broken, we are unable to accept the return unless the product is faulty (see below).
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Faulty Products
In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- You have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund.
- After 30 days and up to 6 months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If this is not possible, we will offer a refund.
- After 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair or partial refund if the item does not last a reasonable length of time.
To report a fault, please contact us at hello@wetwknd.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos if possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved. If so, we will process the refund back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
